The opportunity

Northbridge Cloud Systems — International SaaS Demand

Northbridge Cloud Systems, a B2B SaaS business serving the US, UK and European markets, wanted to generate more qualified demand while reducing its dependence on a small number of increasingly expensive acquisition channels. The company was operating in a competitive category with a longer buying cycle and multiple decision-makers involved in most purchases.

Our approach combined positioning research, an intent-led content architecture, paid search restructuring, LinkedIn creative testing and clearer demo journeys. We focused on attracting prospects with stronger commercial intent while improving the path from initial website visit to qualified sales conversation.

Over a six-month period, the campaign delivered a 38% increase in qualified opportunities, while the cost per qualified opportunity decreased by 24%. Organic visibility also improved, with 17 priority commercial-intent topics reaching page-one search positions. The diversified acquisition mix helped the business build a more predictable pipeline without relying as heavily on paid search alone.

The approach

Aurelia Living — Premium Home & Lifestyle Brand

Aurelia Living, a premium home and lifestyle ecommerce brand serving customers across the UK and selected European markets, wanted to accelerate new-customer acquisition without allowing rising advertising costs to erode contribution margins. The business was also looking to strengthen repeat purchases and build greater lifetime value from its existing customer base.

Our approach began with a detailed review of the existing media mix, product-level performance, seasonal buying patterns and customer acquisition costs. We combined creative research and testing with shopping-feed optimisation, dedicated landing-page experiments and lifecycle segmentation across new, active and returning customers.

A weekly profit-aware investment review helped redirect advertising spend towards products, audiences and campaigns demonstrating stronger commercial performance rather than focusing solely on top-line revenue.

Over an eight-month period, the programme generated a 3.4× blended return on advertising spend, while first-purchase conversion improved by 29%. More targeted lifecycle communication and remarketing contributed to a 41% increase in returning-customer revenue, helping Aurelia Living scale acquisition while maintaining healthier overall economics.

The approach

Sterling Advisory Partners — Business & Financial Consulting

Sterling Advisory Partners, a specialist business and financial consulting firm, had significant expertise and a strong referral network but limited visibility among prospective clients searching online for its specialist services. While the firm regularly published insights, there was no consistent journey connecting its expertise with qualified business enquiries.

We worked with the firm's subject-matter specialists to identify the questions and commercial concerns influencing prospective clients during the decision-making process. These insights were developed into focused thought-leadership pillars supported by technical SEO improvements, a redesigned service-page hierarchy and clearer pathways from educational content to consultation enquiries.

Feedback from the business development team was incorporated into the programme so that performance was measured not simply by traffic or enquiry volume, but by the relevance and commercial quality of the opportunities being generated.

Within nine months, qualified organic enquiries increased by 46%, while 21 priority commercial topics achieved significant improvements in search visibility, including several reaching first-page positions. Engagement across key service pages improved by 34%, creating a stronger connection between the firm's expertise, digital visibility and new-business pipeline.

The outcome

Building Growth That Can Be Measured

Across these engagements, our focus goes beyond generating more clicks, impressions or website traffic. We connect strategy, content, search, paid acquisition and conversion optimisation to the commercial outcomes that matter to the business.

That means establishing a clear baseline, agreeing how success will be measured and reviewing performance against meaningful indicators such as qualified opportunities, acquisition costs, conversion rates, customer value and profitable revenue growth.

Every engagement is different. Market conditions, advertising investment, competitive activity, seasonality and the client's existing digital maturity can all influence performance. Our role is to identify where the strongest opportunities exist, test systematically and continuously improve the path between marketing investment and measurable business growth.

Better visibility. Better-qualified demand. Stronger commercial outcomes.
