The opportunity

Work organised around the problem

A useful portfolio does more than display polished output. It shows the context, strategic decision and system that made the creative relevant. Replace the sample categories below with approved project thumbnails and concise captions.

All client identities, awards, testimonials, team biographies, certifications and results must be approved and supported before publication. Bracketed items are intentional placeholders. They protect the credibility of the final site and give your team a precise checklist for the facts, permissions and source material still required.

The approach

Show the range honestly

For every item, identify the agency’s exact role. Distinguish strategy, creative direction, production, media, development and optimisation. Credit client teams and partner organisations where appropriate.

Avoid implying responsibility for work completed by others. If a project was collaborative, present that collaboration as a strength and explain the contribution precisely.

03

The approach

Build proof into the story

Where results can be shared, name the metric, comparison period, source and important context. A percentage without a baseline may sound impressive but tells a weak story. Qualitative evidence—customer feedback, operational improvement or sales adoption—can be equally valuable when attributed responsibly.

If confidentiality limits detail, create an anonymised case study only with permission and disclose the category clearly. Never combine results from different clients into a single story.

04

The outcome

Ready for real assets

This page is designed as a content framework until approved visuals and client facts are supplied. Add high-quality imagery, accessible alternative text, project dates and links to deeper case studies during launch preparation.

A final content audit should confirm rights for logos, interface captures, photography, video, quotations and third-party trademarks.
